Pleased to share, that in the 2015 IPA (International Photography Awards) the shot "Doing Home Assignment" received Honourable Mentions in the One Shot: Home competition.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In Siberia, during winter time days are short, night are long. People used to that, yellow light of a lamp makes the kid room cozy and warm. A boy's doing home assignment for his sol-fa class, in two hours his mom'll take him to the music school.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The Home International Photography Awards received nearly 18,000 submissions from 104 countries across the globe. IPA is a sister-effort of the Lucie Foundation, where the top three winners are announced at the annual Lucie Awards gala ceremony. The Foundation’s mission is to honor master photographers, to discover new and emerging talent and to promote the appreciation of photography.
